$ rasmol -script quit.cmd
(rasmol:23062): Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_main_quit: assertion `main_loops !=
NULL' failed
Running rasmol and typing "quit" on the command prompt (F7) does not
trigger this assert.
