Hi there!

So, I'm having a hard time with the same bug as well. I've tried several
linux versions with no success. Here's the list:

- Mint 10, 12, 13 (amd64);

- Ubuntu 10.04 , 11.04, 11.10, 12.04 (x86 & amd64), 12.10;

- Kubuntu 12.04 (x86 & amd64);

- Lubuntu 12.04 (x86 & amd64) - this particular one crashes while
loading systems files after a fresh install.

It keeps logging me out randomly even with the open source drivers.
Installing legacy drivers from AMD's doesn't help. Here's my desktop's
specs:

AMD Athlon II x4 3.0Ghz | 4GB-RAM | Sapphire ATi HD4830 512MB | 3 Maxtor
HDD 40, 80 and 160GB.

I thought it was the HD4830 causing this bug but reading this forum page
it turns out to happens with some nVidia fellows.
