Upon launching the help browser from scribes, yelp shows the 'Scribes
Manual v0.3' starting page as an unformatted XML file with an error at
the top, e.g.
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
The document tree is shown below.

Selecting any of the sections from the sidebar shows the error:
Could not load section
The section ‘scribes-intro’ does not exist in this document. If you were
directed to this section from a Help button in an application, please report
this to the maintainers of that application.
