Public bug reported:
The device in question is an AVM Fritz! WLAN USB stick. It works fine,
but after suspending and resuming, Network Manager shows "device is not
ready" for the wireless connection; this persists until either the
device is unplugged or the ndiswrapper module is reinserted.
