The root cause for this bug is that Tribe 3 didn't recognize the monitor type automatically.
The monitor I use is Phillips 170b6. After change the monitor type from "General Monitor" to "Philips 170X" in xorg.conf, it works perfectly. ** Attachment added: "xorg.conf.diff" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/8718843/xorg.conf.diff -- Cannot get 1024x768 resolution on Santa Rosa in Gutsy Tribe 3 i386 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/129624 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
