Public bug reported:
On a clean Ubuntu Saucy, redmine is installed with apt-get. db backend is
sqlite (but same error with mysql backend too). WEBrick web server works. In
production, we want to run on lighttpd with fastcgi. lighty config is from the
example conf.
But the result is 500 Internal Server Error.
