Well, that's weird. This seems like a translation error, with "AM" and
"PM" being translated imprecisely. But

datetime/+pots/indicator-datetime> doesn't list Kiswahili (or Swahili,
or Bantu) at all.
Could you please type "locale" (without quotes) in a terminal, copy and
paste the output here?
