Phatch after installation via Ubuntu Software Center creates unusable
shortcut on the launcher panel.
But it can be launched from the Dash.
If you remove it's shortcut from the launcher and then drag'n'drop it
from the Dash - it also can be launched.
If you install it from the Dash - then Phatch creates usable shortcut on
the launcher panel and can be launched without any problem.
I added Ubuntu Software Center as affected project, because it can be
the bug of Ubuntu Software Center.
Also I added Unity as affected project, because it can be the bug of
Unity.
