This bug still alive on Xfce 4.8, 3.2.0-52-generic #78-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 26 16:23:24 UTC 2013 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux.
I could use sudo password on many applications on Xfce, e.g. Synaptic, but not this crash report, it doesn't authenticate properly and keep asking for password. I thought it may be due to some old bugs, but after many months and several update I still have this problem.
