OK, from MIR side...  they aren't in archive yet, so team bug
subscribers will have to be added after the fact.

core: looks fine, has tests, good packaging, etc
cache: almost fine.  Has tests, but they don't fail the build

For the cache tests, they need to be run against the installed module.
So we should use a dep8 test.  Chuck has said he will add one, and I've
confirmed that the tests do pass when run against the installed module.
So good enough for now.
