You can ignore the Thread exited and New Thread messages. This leaves the Chromium error "[30726:30726:0909/172842:ERROR:extension_error_reporter.cc(56)] Extension error: Could not install package: 'UTILITY_PROCESS_CRASHED_WHILE_TRYING_TO_INSTALL'" (which can be seen if you just ran chromium-browser from Terminal without the debug option).
I don't know exactly what extension it's trying to install, but I think some extension is causing an error when you start Chromium.
