Build succeeds, debs are lintian clean.

I did notice one thing.  Once installed, because the default is to check
certs, we really need to depend on ca-certificates, otherwise in the
default usage you'll get an error message and the package will not be
downloaded.  This is currently a Recommends, but I suspect it should
really be a Depends.

However, rather than install an Ubuntu specific delta, I'm going to work
with the DPMT in Debian to get this resolved.  It's not such a big deal
right now (and shouldn't block FFe approval) since the error message
clearly instructs the user on what needs to happen.
