Binary package hint: bootcd

Please sync bootcd 3.07 from debian unstable
the ubuntu change was: {bootcdmkinitrd,bootcdwrite}: Use /bin/bash rather than 
/bin/sh . this is now fixed in debian and the package builds fine in a gutsy 
pbuilder

   * print warning, if bootcd-mkinitramfs is not installed

   * Resolved bug "depends on non-essential package initramfs-tools in
     postrm". Closes: #416731
   * solved bug, that /var was not writable when using udev
