Hey Guys So i had the same Bug on my MacBookPro 5,5 running linux Mint 15 based on Ubuntu 13.04. I use BCM4322 [14e4:432b] I think I managed to solve it by installing bcmwl-kernel-source 6.30.223.30+bdcom-0ubuntu3 in amd64 (Release) from this page : https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/saucy/+package/bcmwl-kernel-source it seems to me that there is a new version of the driver but its not updated in the repositorys. For me the latest version was 6.2something but I found this version with 6.3something and its seems to be working for me.
