I have no update, I'll try to remember the step I have to do (apport-collect) if eventually I will encounter the problem again, but in fact, I give that laptop to my mom, and upgraded the system (and kernel) now to beta, and cleaned all old kernel/software. I can't give more info, the only thing to do is close this, hopeful noone would install it in future (already 13 release old)
