Public bug reported:
when trying to view a video totem shows the movie a bit lower, half inside the
window, half outside the window
the movie then flashes because totems try to display controls (pause, ..) but
the movie is there
if played in fullscreen, half of the movie is offscreen
this also happens with vlc
