Since 4:4.11.1-0ubuntu1~ubuntu12.04.1~ppa2 and kubuntu-automation r271
the precise package uses the kdm.upstart file from 4:4.8.5-0ubuntu0.3 so
I'll close the bug. Reopen it if this didn't help.
