Now I can't, it was something related to grub. But I think it doesn't matter now as I have just used apt-get update and apt-get upgrade and now there are no error messages.
By the moment, everything seems to work perfectly, so I'll wait to the final version of Ubuntu 13.10 to reinstall Ubuntu with Windows 8.
