You should take the actions provided in the error log:
[31m*[39;49m There is no configuration file for Clamav.
[31m*[39;49m Please either dpkg-reconfigure ClamAV daemon, or copy the
example from
[31m*[39;49m /usr/share/doc/clamav-base/examples/ to /etc/clamav/clamd.conf
and run
[31m*[39;49m '/etc/init.d/clamav-daemon start'
