Autopilot should support launching click packages for app authors on the
Touch platform.

+ This is required to land in Saucy since the Ubuntu Touch images are
+ based on saucy, and will land click packages before the 'T' cycle
+ starts. We need to be able to launch apps contained in click packages,
+ otherwise we will not be able to run the daily image tests for the touch
+ product.
