Public bug reported:
When i start up from fresh, the fans work but wont fluctuate it appears.
It has crashed a couple of times due to overheating. If I startup
immediately again the fans will be lowing hard during the first "splash
screen, where you have th option to boot into the bios. but once ubuntu
starts booting it stays stuck on that particular fan speed regarldess of
temp.
If I susepend and resume, it works again as it should, (fan speeding up
with temp increase and back down when things cool off.)
