I think you got this bug because you have more than one language listed in the locale. So, to fix it, please follow these steps:-
1- go to the start menu and click on the System settings 2- from the pup up window click on Locale 3- Look at the Preferred Languages: section of the window 4- if there is a language other than English or your preferred language, just move it to the Available Languages: by highlighting it and clicking on the left arrow.
