When entering "service zram-config stop", ubuntu said it couldn't find zram-config.
I entered "apt-get install zram-config" under root. As part of its install, it tried to run itself and got the above error messages (10 of the "buffer i/o error on device zram0, logical block 314223") and then gracefully admitted defeat. "fdisk /dev/zram0" stated that /dev/zram0 doesn't exist. Work-around successful. But it looks like zram-config isn't a default package, at least on Ubuntu 12.0.4 Server. Should it be?
