- 1. Set the Launcher to autohide
+ 1. Boot the system and don't touch the screen
+ 2. Set the Launcher to autohide
+ 3. Move the cursor to the left (using the touchpad or an external mouse)
+ 4. The Launcher is revealed successfully
+ 5. Wait until the launcher hides again
+ 6. Now, touch the screen for the first time (no matter where you touch the 
screen)
+ 7. Now, use again the touchpad or external mouse to move the cursor to the 
left to reveal the Launcher
  
- 2. On any system (have tried on some Dell systems and some HP systems)
- which supports single touch

- 3. Touch the screen and try to move cursor to show launcher

- Expected result: Launcher can reveal
- Actual result: Launcher "cannot" reveal

- 1. When the issue happens, can press window key to show dash and launcher, 
but moving cursor to the left side still can't show launcher
