So "acpi -b" returns something akin to "Battery 0: Charging, %, Time
remaining" even with the ac adapter unplugged? I'm trying to figure out
whether the issue is pm-utils fails to properly deal with the
information passed to it regarding ac power, or if acpi is failing to
pass on this information. If acpi -b reads "Discharging" when ac power
is pulled, then the issue is in pm-utils. If acpi doesn't read it
correctly then pm-utils would not run because it wasn't made aware that
those changes had been made.
