This bug is still valid (tested today on a Galaxy Nexus).
What I’m seeing is that the conditions for the selection rectangle to be
mispositioned are the following:
- zoom factor > 1.0
- scrolled on the page (i.e. if the zoom factor is > 1.0 but the viewport is
positioned at the top-left corner of the page, the selection rectangle is
correctly positioned)
