TEST CASE:
1. Create a new message with the OSK in landscape mode
2. Long-press on a key with extended characters showing (e.g. y)
EXPECTED RESULT:
The extended characters should appear in a dialog for the user to select from,
as they do in portrait mode
ACTUAL RESULT:
There is a grey line displayed on the screen where the extended character
dialog should show, but it is not possible to enter one of the extended
characters. See screen shot for detail.
