With Ubuntu 13.04 libdigest-sha1-perl no longer exists. Instead the package
libdigest-hmac-perl provides the routine sha1_hex.
This is also true for 12.10 (and possibly 12.04). The following patch will
handle the changes and remain backward compatible.
