Can you please check dmesg output and see if satellite visibility updates are reported there? Just flashed the latest image on GN and it is working for me.
@CPU maxing: The location HAL randomly enters an invalid state when trying to access AGPS information and subsequently spins, with the service maxing the CPU as a result.
