Through debugging, I found when the lid was closed, the system/kernel
will generate a TOUCHPAD_KEY (XF86TouchpadToggle) by a mistake, the
gnome-settings-daemon->media-keys-plugin will capture this key and
toggle the touchpad enable/disable through gnome-settings-daemon->mouse-
plugin.

On other machines, closing lid won't generate TOUCHPAD_KEY event, so the
touchpad doesn't has this problem.
