A single test dealing with flask is now enabled (only for python2).
python3-flask isn't available, so that explains that.  And the other
tests apparently need turbogears, which isn't even in the archive
anymore.

So while one test enabled isn't super great, it's leaps and bounds
better than none.  We'll have to push on upstream to fix up their tests.
Would you mind opening a bug upstream maybe?
