You are meant to be able to report bugs against _binary_ package names.
ubuntu-bug linux is a convenience so we so not have to show users how to
work out what they binary linux-image-* package actually is at the time
they file the bug.  In all cases we want ubuntu-bug linux to do the
right thing, and I have hopefully sorted that on your other bug.  If
that covers what you needed here so close this one out as a DUP of that
other bug.
