Public bug reported:

Enabling libmudflag is done using the -fmudflap flag. Doing so in Ubuntu with 
latest 'ubuntu' 4.7.3 results in:
cc1plus: fatal error: mf-runtime.h: No such file or directory

Whoops! Installing libmudflag0 didn't help since it only contains the
library files, not include files that seem to be included in the GCC
distribution.
