Yes, Julien.  That is the patch that I cherry-picked into the test
kernel.

That commit was Cc'd to stable, so it will make it's way into the 3.11
and other stable kernels through the normal stable update process.

I can submit an SRU request to have this commit cherry-picked into Saucy
while we wait for the fix to trickle down from stable.  However, there
seems to have been some conflicting comments on whether or not this
commit fixes this bug.  I will submit an SRU request once we can confirm
this patch does in fact fix this bug.
