Quinn asked to mention the other problem I've reported #1231624 with 7 seconds delay between sequential prints. I'm not sure those are duplicate since the symptoms are different, but it could be that both of the problems are created when trying to solve a garbage printing that was discussed in bug #872483.
Forgot about the logs, will try to capture on my next print. All printed files are PDFs (all of them are postscripts?).
