Upstream is at http://www.lallafa.de/bp/ripmake.html and has not released
since 2004.
It is from debian multimedia, which is slightly ahead of us.
http://www.deb-multimedia.org/dists/unstable/main/binary-amd64/package/ripmake
Since there still is a (small) userbase, it might be better to merge
this from debian-multimedia next cycle.
