Hi Michael,
I've tried hard to reproduce this on today's image with the latest
updates and can no longer reproduce this. I guess something must have
got fixed between 2nd September and now. With lots of apps open and
various attempts to make this fail, I get a very low CPU load and just a
few context switches a second, and no crazy high futex() system call
counts per second.
