Public bug reported:
When there is another application open apart from system settings,
trying to change the home screen background results in ending up on that
application.
STEPS to reproduce:
1) Open browser
2) Open system settings, go to background and try to change the home screen
image
3) The gallery-app opens, select an image and click on "pick"
-- the flow goes to the browser. Expected behaviour: should have gone back to
the system settings app
