Public bug reported:
I have seen this issue intermittently but today I could reproduce it in
a running N4 quite consistently. When I tried to enable debug mode in
ofono and restarted the service, the issue didn't happen again.
STEPS to reproduce:
1) make a call from a different phone into the test phone
2) the calling phone gives the impression the call is going through (beeping
correctly), but the ubuntu N4 receiving the call doesn't ring nor shows any
indication that a call is happening.
