"man ulogd" claims the following:

There is more documentation about the daemon and the database plugins
(including examples) in the directories
/usr/share/doc/ulogd
But that's not true on saucy with ulogd2 2.0.2-3. The documentation is
in /usr/share/doc/ulogd2/ instead.
