Tilda 1.1.8 was just uploaded to Debian unstable. The current version in
all supported Ubuntu versions is 0.9, its based on GTK+ 2 instead of
GTK+ 3 and has multiple bugs. The current package is unmaintained since
more than 4 years, where as the latest package from Debian unstable is
maintained (by me) and has a lot of bug fixes.
