I found a Workaround: simplay set the screens to the same resolution and
it should work.

Another bug is: if you flip your monitors, so that your left screen is right 
and the 
right one is on the left side, then the mouse will appear much more on the 
right side (should be in my case at  1680-(1920-1680) on the right screen). And 
the launcher bar is only triggered when you go to that coordinate there is also 
the barrier for stopping the mouse from going to the other screen.
