Sorry, but these cards don't support AES, only DES
(AP9617,AP9618,AP9619).

I have managed to fix the communication problem by using simple passwords 
without any special characters.
upsdrvctl still outputs some unhandled ASNs, but it seems to have no influence 
on NUT working.

This is with mibs = auto:

So somehow special characters in passwords break SNMP communication in
snmp-ups (which works with command-line tools like snmpget).

Also with mibs = apcc I get an error "Unknown mibs value: apcc" even
though with auto it detects the mibs as apcc (mib: apcc 1.1).
