@bfiller so, not sure what to do in that case. Even on android, if you have two 
contacts, say Test1 and Test2, with same phone number (123456789) and you try 
to call Test2 using the quick dialer in the dialer app, the live call screen 
will show it as Test1.
Phone numbers are supposed to be unique identifiers, but on the other hand we 
can't prevent users from having different contacts with same phone numbers, 
specially because we allow contacts to be imported from other sources.
The only possible fix that I can think of is to pass the phone number along 
with the contactId when performing actions for a given number/contact. The 
problem is that it changes a lot of internals and api's we already have based 
on phone numbers only.
