I just downloaded the live cd image from here: http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04.3/ubuntu-12.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso
It's still unable to nfs mount (Protocol not supported). I notice the fix was released (in the corresponding package) on 2013-09-04, but the images haven't been updated since August (2013-08-20 for the one I tried), so it looks like the fix wasn't rolled into the released image. While Ryan indicates the fix is available in the dailies, I wonder if people will know to download that instead (I know I usually don't go for dailies of stable releases) in order to fix this bug. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1216853 Title: LiveCD missing nfs/crypt kernel modules in the initramfs - During PXE booting failed to mount nfs directory To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-cdimage/+bug/1216853/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
