Hi Omer,

The link Raymond posted in comment #12 was from someone having the same
problem as you. He also had a home-built computer, and I assume you do
too. Anyway, for this person it turned out to be a hardware problem:

the HDA front panel connector was not correctly connected to the motherboard. 
We'd like to see if the same applies to you, so please open your computer up, 
try disconnecting the HDA front panel cable. Now start your computer - the 
problem should disappear (but the front panel audio won't work either, 
naturally). 
Try connecting it back again and double check that you connect it correctly. 
Start your computer and test again. Thanks!
