Same failure for me. However I think there can be a problem in launchpad
branches, Version published in Ubuntu looks like python-cliff
(1.4.5-0ubuntu2), but version in launchpad (lp:ubuntu/python-cliff),
still looks like 1.4-1ubuntu1
