util-linux 2.13 drops NFS support, which is now provided by nfs-utils
(binary nfs-common).  Sadly, nfs-utils was out-of-date in gutsy, this
has been corrected. (nfs-common >= 1:1.1.0-14 is what you want.)

I'll look and see what can be done to make the error message more clear.
