Using the current touch image (75)
- go the app lens
- click on a suggestion ("Hello World" in that case)
- click "Install"
The butten changes to an install bar, which stucks to 0% for ever (that
happens sometimes only)
The device is online and downloads works in other places, it seems like
the lens should retry if there is a transient issue
