Yes, you're right. usb-creator-gtk did crash for me right at the end
(when I made that live USB).
Today, I burnt the Ubuntu Gnome daily build (2nd Oct) and made a
bootable USB from that and it crashed again:
*** Error in `/usr/bin/python3': munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer:
0x00007f23e815aed0 ***
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
syslog:
usb-creator-gtk[8550]: segfault at 2a11000 ip 00007f23f7144a14 sp
00007ffff25091d8 error 4 in libc-2.17.so[7f23f70b2000+1be000]
But this time it didn't seem to interfere with the boot process. That is to say
that my main problem remains the same since Ubuntu Gnome daily build 2nd Oct
failed with the same error that I have got from all the other ISOs (whether DVD
or USB):
BusyBox v1.20.2 (Ubuntu 1:120.0-8.1ubuntu1) built-in shell (ash)
